Q: Do you give me new chips?
You need to send the chips with the board. We're not giving you NEW chips, we're restoring YOUR chips to working condition, fully tested and guaranteed. If for some reason we can't seem to get one of them working, we'll replace it with one of our instock restored chips.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: YES! But please be aware that may incur an additional shipping fee, please contact us about international shipping costs.
Q: How fast is your service?
A: Typical turn-around time is 5 to 6 weeks. However, we will contact you if we expect it to take longer.
Most products include FREE return shipping within the continental USA (please contact us about international shipping).
How does this work? After you complete payment, your place is reserved in line. You may then send your board, insured with tracking and signature confirmation, to our current address. We will provide confirmation of safe arrival.
Return shipping is free if sent via durable cardboard box. You are welcomed to send your board in a heavier case, but please understand that the cost of return will reflect actual charges from Synthspa's location to yours. If you need ideas on how to save on shipping, please give us a call.
